The Jorvik Rowing Foundation
How Jorvik Works
Jorvik was set up as an Association CIO, allowing it to run as a membership organisation. Members have the right to vote and have a say on how the funds are used.

Membership is open to all the Alumni of The University of York who were members of UYBC or who were closely involved in the running of the club.
The Trustees
The trustees are there to look after the foundation and run its day-to-day operations. The trustees will retire from office at the first AGM, at which point any member will be able to put themselves forward.

The Members
The members are anyone who has joined Jorvik and paid the membership fee.
